Who we are
Tummy Tuck Recovery is published by Cyber Phoenix Ltd. The app was made for a company, and all intellectual property in it, including its code, content, design and name, is owned by Cyber Phoenix Ltd.
Using the app
By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which also applies.
Not medical advice
The app is a recovery diary with general guidance drawn from personal experience. It isn't medical advice and doesn't diagnose or treat anything. Your surgeon's advice comes first. If something worries you, contact your surgeon or clinic. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Subscriptions
- Full access needs a subscription: yearly ($79.99) or monthly ($9.99), or the local equivalent shown in the app.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
- Purchases are processed by Apple and checked with RevenueCat.
Your data
Your entries stay on your device. You're responsible for your device's backups. See the Privacy Policy.
Ownership
The app, its guides, text, images, icons and design are the intellectual property of Cyber Phoenix Ltd. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from using it, including loss of data stored on your device.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
